As a health counselor, I provide tools and support for people to become happier, healthier versions of themselves. I believe that one person's food can be another person's poison, and therefore there is not a “one size fits all” way of living. I also think that eating the healthiest food possible is not the only factor that contributes to ultimate wellness, but also exercise, spirituality, career and your relationships, to name a few.

I offer a program that is available anywhere in the world (as long as you have access to Skype).

My aim is to be able to empower you to take responsibility for your own health while I support you in implementing (and sustaining) lifestyle and behavior changes that will contribute to the achievement of your personal wellness goals. I do not offer a quick fix or restrictive diets, rather I assist you in a series of small gradual changes that become a part of your lifestyle, and therefore contribute to lasting results in all aspects of your life.

Health Counselors are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Counselor, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
